Our custom programs are priced at ZAR 500. This once-off fee includes a 20-minute video call with one of our approved coaches to better understand your needs, followed by a personalised workout plan designed just for you. You’ll also receive our free workout guide, nutrition guide, and supplement guide to support you on your journey.

Do I need to have access to a gym?

No, you don’t need access to a gym. We can create a program tailored to your available equipment, whether that’s a full gym setup, a few dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight. Just let us know what you have, and we’ll design a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.

How long will it take to receive my program?

Once we’ve had our initial consultation and gathered all the information we need, you can expect your personalized program within 24 - 48 hours. We take the time to make sure it’s tailored to your goals, preferences, and current fitness level, so you get a plan that truly works for you.

How will I receive my program?
